the magnitude of A+B is 16.198

i havent done this in a while so i think this is right but

so you found the components to get the magnitude of the rsultant which you said was 16.198 (and i got the same answer so that should be correct)
so to find the angle between resultant A+B and vector A, taking vector A to be on the x-axis, you can just find the angle of resultant A+B from the x-axis. using trig to get the tangent relationship, you can use the x and y components of the resultant to find the angle
